Hours: Monday–Friday, 30–40 hours/week
Full-Time & Part-Time Options Available $7,000.00 SIGN-ON BONUS

About the Role
We’re seeking a skilled and caring Dental Hygienist to join our collaborative and supportive dental team. Our hygienists are encouraged to take ownership of their schedule, help create a comfortable atmosphere for patients, and work alongside our doctors to provide comprehensive, patient-centered care.

Key Responsibilities

Review and document patients’ medical and dental histories
Partner with doctors to provide personalized, comprehensive treatment planning
Educate patients on periodontal health and its link to overall health
Perform periodontal charting, scaling, root planing, and preventive treatments
Apply fluoride, sealants, and other protective treatments
Assist in maintaining efficient scheduling and a smooth clinical workflow
Sterilize and maintain dental instruments and equipment

Qualifications

Active Missouri Dental Hygiene License
Current CPR Certification
Associate’s Degree in Dental Hygiene (Bachelor’s degree preferred)
Excellent communication skills and a team-focused attitude
A commitment to continuing education and professional development
