We’re seeking a professional who thrives in a fast-paced, patient-focused environment. Key responsibilities include:

Answering phone calls and scheduling appointments
Verifying insurance and posting treatments
Collecting payments and assisting with patient check-in and check-out
Creating a warm, welcoming experience for children and their families
