Responsibilities & Requirements:

Answering phones with a smile
Scheduling appointments
Verifying insurance
Presenting treatments plans
Reaching out to patients and going over pre-determinations
Collections
At least 2 years of Dental front desk /Treatment coordinator experience is required
Familiarity with Eagle-Soft software or other dental practice management software
Knowledge of computers
