Dental Front Desk Scheduling Coordinator - Echo Ridge Dental Clinic - Green Bay, WI

Job Overview:
Due to a staff member’s retirement, we are seeking a new Scheduling Coordinator to join our team at Echo Ridge Dental Clinic in Green Bay, WI! As our Scheduling Coordinator, you will be the first point of contact for our patients. You’ll efficiently manage the daily schedule, coordinate appointments, handle phone and email inquiries and support the smooth flow of patient visits. Your ability to multitask and maintain a positive attitude will be key to delivering a five-star patient experience.
Responsibilities:

Greet patients upon arrival

Answer calls in a professional and courteous manner and take messages

Schedule and manage patient appointments to optimize provider schedules

Handle collection of payments

Maintain up-to-date and accurate patient information in the practice management software

Assist with other front desk duties as needed, including billing support and patient check-out

Qualifications:

Previous experience in the dental field is required

Proficient in using dental software (preferably Dentrix)

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Strong organizational and time management abilities

Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and handling multiple tasks with ease

Positive, team-oriented mindset and a commitment to patient satisfaction
