Fast paced office looking for treatment coordinator that can explain dental insurance coverage to patients and guide patients to accepting treatment. You must have a warm, caring , happy and positive personality. Dental knowledge a must. You must have strong dental insurance knowledge and be able to explain dental insurance and dental procedures to patients for both PPO and HMO. Help doctors and hygienists reach their goals. Be able to create and maintain good relationship with patients as well as your fellow co-workers. Excellent math skills and accuracy also required.
