Permanent Dental Assistant Job in Saint Clair Shores, MI
Signature Endodontics is looking to hire an organized, self-motivated, full time dental assistant to join our amazing team. Experience in dental assisting, including proficiency in taking radiographs is preferred, but we are willing to train the right person.
The ideal candidate has a positive attitude, pays attention to detail, great communication skills, a team player and dependable. Candidates must be able to work in a fast pace environment, while putting patient care first.
Experience 1 yr. (preferred)
License - Certified Dental Assistant (preferred)
X-ray (preferred)
Responsibilities
Assist the dentist during examinations and procedures, ensuring a smooth workflow through effective chairside assisting.
Prepare and maintain the treatment area, ensuring adherence to aseptic techniques and dental terminology.
Take x-rays, utilizing medical imaging skills while ensuring patient comfort and safety.
Manage patient records and documentation in compliance with HIPAA regulations and EMR systems.
Communicate effectively with patients to provide information and support throughout their dental care experience.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $16.00 - $24.00 per hour
