Permanent Dental Assistant Job in Marshall, MN
One of our dental assistants is moving out-of-state! So, Dr. Anthony Parisekâs dental office in Marshall, MN is looking for a dental assistant to join our team of professionals! We enjoy providing quality dental, compassionate dental care to patients and hope you do, too! Training provided!
The candidate must have a "can-do" attitude, be friendly, cheerful, hardworking, reliable, honest & eager to provide great care to our patients!

Responsibilities:
Welcome & seat patients
Review & update health histories, medical conditions, & Meds
Capture x-rays, photos, impressions & other records
Assist the doctor in providing high quality dental care to patients
Promote a positive patient experience
Provide restorative & extended function care
Actively participating in daily & monthly meetings
Set-up & take-down treatment rooms, instruments, & equipment
Prepare clinical notes, patient charting, & other recordkeeping
Work on regulatory & legal compliance tasks
Back-office inventory management
Help train &/or cross-train team members
Sterilization
Infection Control
Back-office support tasks
Welcoming & seating patients
Answering & placing phone calls
Features & Benefits:
4-5-day flexible work week
hours are 7:15am - 5pm.
No evenings
Compensation is based on experience & skills
Entry level position: $16-$20/hour
Applicants with 5+ years of dental experience: $20-$24/hour
Licensed Lead dental assistants with 5+ years of experience: $25-$35/hour
Some paid holidays* (*after eligibility period)
Up to 25 paid vacation days*
