Working alongside our experienced doctors and hygienists to ensure each patient receives top-notch care.

Following written protocols with precision and care, learning new procedures and techniques as needed.

Qualifications:

DAI or DAII: Must have passed the North Carolina State Radiography requirements.
Dental office experience 6 months - 2 years (minimum)
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with patients and colleagues.
A genuine passion for dentistry and helping others.

90 days after hire, you are eligible for salary increases that are earned based on tangible skill attainment and program completion. We also have a monthly incentive pay program where team members earn additional compensation based on value they've added to the business during that specific month.
