Permanent Dental Assistant Job in Cody, WY
A Dental Assistant's role is to help the dentist during dental procedures to ensure the appointment runs as smoothly as possible.
The position consists of:
- preparing the exam rooms
-sterilization of instruments
-assisting the dentist during appointments by handing instruments as needed, suctioning and anticipating the dentists needs throughout the appointment.
- take xrays
-greet patients as they arrive and seat them in the prepared operatory
-update and maintain dental records
-chart findings on the computer for the dentist
-walk the patient out following the appointment
-turning over the operatory at the end of appointments and get it ready for the next appointment
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From $15.00 per hour
Expected hours: 30 â 40 per week
