Full-time Associate Dentist - Turtle Cove Dental - Baxter, MN

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Associate Dentist to join our dynamic private dental practice. The ideal candidate will have a passion for providing high-quality dental care and a commitment to patient comfort and satisfaction. This role involves working collaboratively with our team to deliver comprehensive dental services, including preventive care, restorative treatments, and specialized procedures. You will have autonomy and be able to perform the procedures you want in a supportive environment with a team that will back you.
Responsibilities- Perform dental procedures such as fillings, extractions, and root canals- Diagnose and treat oral diseases and conditions- Provide preventive dental care, including cleanings and fluoride treatments- Educate patients on proper oral hygiene techniques and preventive care- Create treatment plans and discuss them with patients- Collaborate with dental assistants and hygienists to provide comprehensive dental care
Qualifications:- Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) degree from an accredited dental school- Valid state dental license- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills- Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity
