Associate Dentist - North Austin Dentistry - Kirkland, WA

I am going to approach this job posting completely different. I'll ask a simple question:
What sucks about being an associate? Here are some things off the top of my head:
1) Working in a corporate insanely paced environment with no connection to patients
2) Only allowed to do very basic bread and butter dentistry
3) Poor insurance reimbursements where crowns are only $500 and fillings $100.
4) Working with poorly trained support staff in a poorly run office
5) Huge dental school debt with little show in terms of compensation
6) Just a lack of opportunities to perform meaningful care to patients, advance your skillset, and have a rewarding career.
What if I can offer you an associateship that resolves these issues? I believe I have that rewarding associateship for you.
I am a private practice owner in North Central Austin for close to 10 years. I am offering an associate position that is different than most others. We are very busy and I need an associate that can provide quality, patient focused care.
In return, I need an associate who is willing to work hard, be accountable for their work, sacrifice time and energy to bettering their skillsets and career. Don't apply if you have a long list of demands, like to complain about what is fair, and just care about getting to 5 pm so you can leave.
The right associate with a long-term growth mindset has the ability to be extremely productive in my office and compensation could exceed $400,000. Job also comes with a CE budget of $2,000 per year. This job is full-time and 4 days per week.
**Two years of post dental school experience is a must.
