We’re actively upgrading our practice –expanding to 10 operatories and transitioning into a beautifully modern, streamlined environment. You’ll start in our current space and help us build toward that future: a space designed for better flow, calmer energy, and exceptional care.
We’re hiring a Dental Assistant who’s confident, adaptable, and ready to be a key part of a full-scope general dentistry team.
What You’ll Step Into:

A doctor-owned practice that values capable, engaged assistants.
Full-scope dentistry including restorative, crown and bridge, surgical, implant, and emergency care
A calm, organized environment with high-quality tools like CEREC Primemill, intraoral cameras, and Spear/CEREC education access.

Your Role Includes:

Assisting in a wide range of procedures –from fillings and crowns to extractions and implants
Setting up and breaking down rooms efficiently and cleanly
Taking x-rays, sterilizing instruments, and managing lab cases
Supporting digital impressions and patient documentation when needed
Acting as a treatment advocate – helping patients feel informed, comfortable, and cared for throughout their visit.

Who You Are:

X-ray certified (EFDA is bonus)
Comfortable assisting across a broad range of procedures
Detail-oriented, dependable, and people-focused
Calm, professional, and ready to grow with a high-functioning team
