Permanent Dental Assistant Job in Bogalusa, LA
Chairside experience required. EDDA certification preferred. Pay based on experience.
28 Hour Work Week (Tuesday-Thursday 8:00-5:00 and Friday 8:00-12:00)
Duties:- Assist the dentist during dental procedures- Prepare treatment rooms and instruments for dental procedures- Take dental x-rays- Sterilize and disinfect instruments and equipment- Educate patients on post-operative care- Perform basic laboratory tasks such as pouring models and fabricating temporary crowns
Skills:- Excellent communication skills- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills- Ability to work well in a team environment- Proficiency in using dental software
