What You’ll Do:

Greet patients with warmth, energy, and a big smile—every single time.
Schedule appointments, answer phones, and manage front desk operations.
Handle insurance verification and patient records with accuracy and professionalism.
Help create a welcoming, calm, and friendly environment for patients of all ages.
Support the dental team to ensure smooth daily operations.
Perform other related job duties as assigned such as cleaning, organizing, and assisting the dentist and other staff members as needed

What We’re Looking For:

An outgoing, engaging, and people-oriented personality.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Previous dental or medical office experience is a plus, but not required.
Comfort with dental scheduling software (we’ll train the right person!).
A team player who’s organized, reliable, and eager to help.
Bilingual. Proficiency in English and Spanish.
