DENTAL PRACTICE COORDINATOR POSITION - SUN CITY, AZ

We are a well-established private dental practice in the Sun City, Arizona area, looking for an energetic, organized, and friendly Dental Practice Coordinator to join our team. Key Responsibilities:

Patient Care & Interaction:

Greet patients with a friendly and professional demeanor, ensuring a positive experience from start to finish.
Manage appointment scheduling to ensure smooth patient flow.
Handle follow-up appointments and provide reminders to ensure patient retention.

Office Management & Coordination:

Work closely with the dental team to ensure that daily schedules are prepared and ready.
Perform general office duties including answering phones, managing office paperwork, and handling faxes.
Collect payments and verify payment methods in a timely and efficient manner.

Qualifications:

Education & Experience:

High School Diploma or GED required.
Previous dental office experience is required at least 2 years or more
Knowledge Dentrix practice management software preferred.

Skills & Attributes:

Excellent communication skills – both verbal and written.
Strong organizational and time-management abilities, with attention to detail.
Ability to multitask and work efficiently
Friendly, professional attitude with outstanding customer service skills.
Proficiency in dental terminology and administrative duties.
Positive attitude and team-oriented approach.
