Front Office Dental Receptionist - Lakemoor Dental - Arlington Heights, IL

Our Private Dental Office with multiple locations is looking for an Experienced Dental Front Desk Receptionist to join our team at our Arlington Heights & Elk Grove Village offices.23 S Vail Ave. Arlington Heights, IL.717 Meacham Ave. Elk Grove Village, IL.
Applicant must be friendly, quick learner, capable of working in a fast paced private dental practice.
Our offices specializes in General and Cosmetic Dentistry, but we also have Orthodontists, Implant & Surgical Doctors, & an Endodontist on our team. Lakemoor Dental is owned by one General Dentist with over 30 years of dental experience. Lakemoor Dental opened in Lakemoor, IL 17 years ago and has grown to include locations in Northern Illinois in Hainesville, Round Lake Beach, McHenry, Arlington Heights, and Elk Grove Village. Our practice prides itself on having an amazing team and a great patient base. We value long term team and patient relationships.
Part Time & Full Time Hours available:
Monday - Thursday
Every Other Friday & Every Other Saturday 8-1 PM (alternating)
Requirements:

Computer Skills
Exceptional Customer Service
Dental terminology knowledge
Dental Insurance experience
Eaglesoft/Dentrix/Dentrix Ascend dental software experience a plus, but not required
Greet and assist patients upon arrival, ensuring a friendly and welcoming environment.
Manage appointment scheduling and patient records
Communicate dental terminology effectively to patients and staff.
Provide exceptional customer service to enhance patient satisfaction.
At least 1 year dental front desk experience preferred, but willing to train the right candidate
