Our practices are owned by one doctor and managed with a team of people united by the goal of helping as many patients as possible, experience dental surgery in a positive way . The ideal candidate will have a passion for providing excellent patient experiences and work well within a team. This is a full-time position with benefits. The dental hygienist position is responsible for working within a team and assisting the doctors with safe, predictable, and successful surgical treatment for patients.

Responsibilities of Registered Dental Hygienist

Communicate clearly with patients and all team members
Have sustained positivity and energy throughout the day
Is able to self govern and work autonomously, while working well in a team
Have attention to detail
Have professionalism

Clinical Skills:

Conduct root planing in a surgical setting
Serve periodontal patients with maintenance care and oral hygiene instructions
Deliver local anesthetic for surgery patients
Assist the doctor in patient examinations by conducting periodontal charting
Work well on computers and type fast for charting
Helping out with sterilization and breaking down rooms when needed

Requirements of Registered Dental Hygienist

Registered Dental Hygienist License
CPR Certification

Compensation and Benefits

Wage: $56-60 per hour DOE
90-Day Review and wage assessment, with potential of increase
36 hour work week
Health Insurance Benefit at 30 days, all other benefits eligible after 90-day probation
40 hours Vacation (Accrued Annually) doubles at year 3 of service
3 paid sick days per year
5 paid holidays
Medical available.
