Responsibilities

As the Dental Receptionist / Front Desk team member, you will be the first point of contact for our families and play a key role in ensuring smooth office operations. Responsibilities include:

Greeting patients and families warmly upon arrival and assisting with check-in and check-out

Answering phones, scheduling appointments, and managing confirmation calls and reminders

Communicating fluently in both English and Spanish to assist families with scheduling, questions, and insurance

Verifying insurance eligibility and benefits, and entering information accurately

Collecting payments, co-pays, and providing financial estimates for treatment
-
Maintaining patient records with accuracy and confidentiality
-
Coordinating with the clinical team to ensure timely patient flow

Handling referrals and communicating with other dental or medical offices as needed
-
Maintaining cleanliness and organization of the front desk and reception area

Contributing to a positive team environment with professionalism and reliability
