A belief in outstanding customer service, quality over quantity, and paying attention to details is a must. Work experience in an orthodontic office is preferred but not required as we are ready and willing to onboard the right person. Instead, the right fit will have a warm and caring personality and value clear communication, etiquette, and consideration of others.
