We are looking for an Associate Dentist with a minimum of 3 years work experience in a private dental office to join our family-run, high producing, fee-for-service, holistic dental practice: Virginia Biological Dentistry is located in the newly built office in Richmond, Virginia. https://www.virginiabiologicaldentistry.com/
You will earn $330,000 and more working only 4 days a week running just one treatment column and doing larger restorative procedures.

The main procedures that you would be expected to do:
· The right candidate will see a limited number of patients relative to a traditional dental office and will perform comprehensive dentistry ranging from quadrant to full mouth treatment, including fillings, same-day inlays, onlays, overlays, crowns with in-house design and milling via CEREC
Key elements of the offer:
· Annual $330,000 and no lab fees. This remuneration is pegged with collection and will increase with greater collection.

Qualifications required and desired:

D.D.S. or D.M.D. degree from an accredited dental school
Virginia dental license in good standing or ready and qualified to acquire one
3 years of work experience in a private dental practice
Experience using CEREC to make inlays; onlays; overlays and crowns
A conscious sedation license will be a big plus
Being able to see children to perform pediatric dental care will be a big plus
