Responsibilities of a Pediatric Dental Receptionist
Greeting patients when they arrive
Assisting patients with scheduling and rescheduling appointments
Answering multi-line phone system
Inform patients of the treatment plan and financial options
Collect payments
Verify and updating patient information and insurance coverage
