Job OverviewWe are seeking a dedicated and organized Dental Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our dental office by managing patient interactions, scheduling appointments, and maintaining accurate records. Responsibilities

Greet patients warmly and manage the front desk operations efficiently.
Schedule and confirm patient appointments using a appointment book.
Handle phone calls with professionalism, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette.
Collect and process payments, including dental collections when necessary.
Maintain patient records accurately, including health information management and ADA dental coding.
Assist with insurance verification and claims processing using Eagle Soft or other relevant systems.
Ensure the reception area is tidy and welcoming for patients.

Experience

Previous experience in a dental office setting is preferred.
Familiarity with dental software such as Eagle Soft is a plus.
Knowledge of dental collection processes and health information management is beneficial.
Proficient in using phone systems and managing calls efficiently.
