**Job Description:**
As a Dental Treatment Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in our practice, serving as a liaison between our dental team and patients. You will guide patients through their treatment journey, ensuring they receive the highest quality of care and support. Your responsibilities will include:
**Patient Consultation:** Conducting initial consultations to understand patients' dental needs and goals.
- **Treatment Planning:** Collaborating with dentists to create personalized treatment plans that align with patients' oral health objectives.
- **Financial Coordination:** Providing clear explanations of treatment costs, insurance coverage, and payment options to patients.
- **Scheduling and Coordination:** Facilitating appointments and coordinating treatment schedules to optimize efficiency and patient satisfaction.
- **Patient Education:** Educating patients on dental procedures, post-treatment care, and oral hygiene practices.
**Requirements:**
- Previous experience in dental receptionist, dental assisting, treatment coordination, or related roles REQUIRED.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively and empathetically with patients.
- Proficiency in dental terminology and treatment procedures.
- Organizational skills with attention to detail to manage treatment plans and scheduling efficiently.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
- Knowledge of dental software systems is a plus.
The hourly salary will be based on experience and is negotiable.
