At Boutique Smiles, we believe visiting the dentist should feel calming, personal, and even enjoyable. Founded by a Brazilian orthodontist with over 25 years of experience, we blend clinical excellence with a boutique, VIP experience in a warm, beautifully designed office in Plantation, Florida.
We’re growing fast and looking for a Front Desk Superstar who’s organized, warm, and ready to be the face and voice of our practice.
Who We’re Looking For:
Someone who loves people and is energized by helping others
Warm, professional, and polished in person and on the phone
Skilled at scheduling, follow-ups, and front office systems
A proactive problem solver—not someone who waits to be told what to do
Experience in dental office is a big plus—but a great attitude is more important
Responsibilities:
Demonstrate excellent follow-through with patients to ensure their needs are met and no details are overlooked
Greet patients with warmth and make them feel at home
Manage the schedule to ensure smooth flow and minimal wait times
Answer calls, texts, and emails professionally and promptly
Present treatment plans and explain financing options clearly
Coordinate insurance verifications and billing (with support)
Keep the front office clean, calm, and organized

Detail-oriented, proactive and able to take initiative and follow through without constant supervision
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong organizational ability and time management
Comfort with dental software (Open Dental, Dentrix, or similar is a plus)
Bilingual (English + Spanish or Portuguese) is a bonus, not required
