Job responsibilities include Periodontal evaluation and charting , determining needed X-rays, consulting with Dentist, reviewing HH, instrumenting patients health needs whether prophylactic, Perio Maintenance or Scaling and Root planing ,OHI, scheduling, patient notes, Sterilization, and dental team player.
What to expect a day in the life of an RDH at Boyle Family Dentistry
#1. Great patient base. Respectful, invested patients on your schedule.
#2. 1 hour appts for Recalls
#3. Teamwork from fellow RDH and DA. " Can I help you turn over your operatory?"
#4. Good instruments and equipment. Replaced as needed
#5. Integrity- No sales dentistry. School taught philosophy.
