Dental office Front Desk Receptionist/Patient Coordinator - Galleria Dental arts - Manassas, VA

Responsibilities:- Greet and welcome patients and visitors in a friendly and professional manner- Answer phone calls, schedule appointments, and manage patient inquiries- Verify patient insurance information and collect payments- Maintain patient records and update necessary information in the system- Assist with medical administrative support tasks as needed- Coordinate with other departments within the medical office to ensure smooth operations- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and correspondence
Requirements:- Proven experience as a front desk receptionist or in a similar role- Knowledge of medical office procedures and terminology is preferred- Proficiency in using dental or medical office software such as Eaglesoft, eClinicalWorks, or Dentrix- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality- High attention to detail and accuracy
