Dr. Dance, Dentistry for Kids is a fun, fast-paced, energetic dental office seeking a positive, patient-focused professional to hire as a full-time office manager. Our practice is committed to excellent care and creating a positive patient experience.
This position is full-time. All candidates will need to have excellent communication skills and several years of dental or managerial experience, including experience with Dentrix.
Duties include but are not limited to:
Overseeing day-to-day operations, hospital coordination, running monthly reports and statements, insurance coordination, OSHA compliance, conducting staff reviews, hiring, planning staff meetings, maintaining a smooth flowing team environment while motivating/managing team members.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $28.00 - $35.00 per hour
