Receptionist and Dental Assistant - Lee Palmer DDS PC - Franklin, TN

A dental practice in Franklin, TN is seeking a Front Desk Receptionsit with the with an upbeat personality and the abilty to assist with patients. RDA license would be a plus.
Position duties will include ensuring the schedule is taken care of and goals are being met, effectively managing time so the office runs smoothly for both Dr. and patients, confirming appointments
Verify patient insurance coverage and benefits and process insurance claims and follow up on outstanding payments and fluent in appealing insurance denials.
Collecting payments and entering them into system, answering phones, calling & scheduling patients, sending mailoutsand managing social mediaaccounts
Candidate must be energetic with a willing to understand treating TMJ, headaches, neck and migraine(assumed) and to be quick on their feet.
There are advancement options available if you are willing to learn and grow! Dental experience is helpful but we will train the right candidate. Schedule can be part-time or full-time, Monday through Thursday,or part time.

Pay: $21.70 - $22.87 per hour
