Key Responsibilities:

Perform general dental procedures including fillings, extractions, and root canals
Conduct comprehensive exams and provide preventive care
Diagnose and manage oral diseases and develop treatment plans
Educate patients on oral hygiene and preventative measures
Collaborate with assistants and hygienists for optimal patient outcomes
Maintain detailed and accurate patient records using Eaglesoft software

Requirements:

DDS/DMD from an accredited university
Valid Maryland dental license
Minimum 3 years of clinical experience
Proficiency with Eaglesoft and understanding of dental/medical documentation
Strong diagnostic, clinical, and communication skills
Knowledge of HIPAA and a commitment to patient confidentiality
Ability to lead and work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
