We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Dental Assistant to join our dynamic dental team. Responsibilities

• Assist the dentist during examinations and treatments, ensuring a smooth workflow.
• Prepare and maintain dental instruments and equipment, adhering to infection control protocols.
• Take dental X-rays and intra-oral images.
• Manage patient records and documentation in compliance with HIPAA regulations.
• Perform four-handed dentistry techniques to enhance efficiency during procedures.
• Educate patients on oral hygiene and post-treatment care.
• Collaborate with the dental team to ensure optimal patient care and satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Dental Assistant or RDA is preferred.
• Familiarity with dental software such as Eaglesoft is advantageous.
• Strong understanding of infection control protocols.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact positively with patients of all ages.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining attention to detail.
• Certification in dental assisting or relevant qualifications is required.
