Qualifications

Proficient in chairside assisting and patient care
Strong understanding of dental terminology and medical records
Experience with aseptic techniques and general dentistry practices
Familiarity with dentalsoftware
Knowledge four-handed dentistry techniques
Ability to assess patient needs and vital signs while adhering to HIPAA regulations

Responsibilities

Provide chairside assistance during dental procedures, ensuring a smooth workflow.
Conduct patient assessments and maintain accurate medical records in compliance with HIPAA regulations.
Educate patients on oral hygiene practices and post-treatment care.
Utilize dental software such as Dentrix for documentation and scheduling.
Implement aseptic techniques to maintain a sterile environment.
Monitor vital signs and assist in pediatric dentistry as needed.

Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $42.17 - $44.23 per hour
Expected hours: 16 – 28 per week
