We have a staff member leaving after she recently completed her education and we are seeking to fill her upcoming vacancy.
We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused individual to join our team at the Front Desk. You will be the first point of contact for our patients and visitors, providing exceptional customer service and administrative support in a dental office setting.
Responsibilities:
- Greet patients and visitors
- Check-in patients, verify insurance information, and collect necessary paperwork
- Schedule appointments and manage the appointment calendar using Dentrix software
- Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries in a professional manner
- Maintain patient records and ensure accuracy of information in compliance with HIPAA regulations
- Assist with billing and insurance claims processing
- Provide general support to the dental office staff
- Ensure cleanliness and organization of the front desk area
Experience:
- Previous experience working in a dental office
-Dentrix Knowledge
- Familiarity with dental terminology and procedures
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
This is a part-time position with competitive pay.
