At Rock Dental Brands, we’re growing rapidly and seeking a motivated and experienced “growth engineer” – aka office manager extraordinaire – to lead Westrock Orthodontics. As the Dental Practice Manager, you’ll have overall responsibility for planning, organizing, directing and coordinating the work and resources involved in running a service-oriented healthcare practice.

What You’ll Do:

Lead daily practice operations, ensuring smooth workflows, patient satisfaction, and adherence to Rock Dental’s high standards.
Support, develop, and manage dental office staff, fostering a dynamic and service-oriented team culture.
Conduct audits of patient schedules; quality of data entry and patient information; consistency of patient consultations and financial presentations; internal referral process; and supply orders and utilization.
Collaborate with providers/dentists, clinical and support teams to implement continuous improvement strategies and resolve conflicts.

Qualifications:

2+ years dental office management or medical clinic experience
CPR-BLS, RDA, and/or other related dental certifications
Dedication to go above and beyond to ensure the best customer service and patient experience.
Must be well-organized, adaptable individual who has strong leadership skills and is comfortable managing diverse teams while handling changing priorities.
