WELL-ESTABLISHED DENTAL OFFICE IN AMELIA (NEAR CINCINNATI) IS SEARCHING FOR AN EXPERIENCED PART-TIME ( 24-28 HOURS/WEEK) BILLER/RECEPTIONIST. IN THE NEAR FUTURE, COULD LEAD TO MORE HOURS. CLAIMS BILLING EXPERTISE AND EXPERIENCE IS REQUIRED. FOR THE RIGHT CANDIDATE, THE COMPENSATION COULD BE MUCH HIGHER. POTENTIAL PAID TIME OFF, PAID HOLIDAYS, PAY INCREASES, AND MUCH MORE. - Greet and welcome patients as they arrive at the dental office- Answer phone calls and schedule appointments for patients- Verify patient information and update their records in the system- Collect and process payments from patients- Assist with insurance claims and billing procedures- Maintain a clean and organized reception area- Provide exceptional customer service to patients and address their inquiries or concerns- Coordinate with dental staff to ensure smooth patient flow
