We are seeking a compassionate and professional Dental Hygienist at our dental office. The ideal candidate must have a good attitude and be a team player. The position has flexibility in hours (part-time vs full time) and days.
Responsibilities:

Perform thorough dental cleanings, including removing plaque, calculus, and stains from teeth.
Conduct dental assessments and preliminary exams, noting any abnormalities or concerns.
Apply preventive materials such as sealants, silver diamine fluoride, and fluoride to teeth.
Take dental radiographs (X-rays).
Educate patients on proper oral hygiene techniques and preventative care.
Maintain accurate patient records and document care plans.
Assist the dentist during examinations and procedures as needed.
Stay current with new developments and techniques in dental hygiene.
Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations and infection control protocols.
Provide exceptional patient care and foster a welcoming and comfortable environment.
Sterilize and disinfect dental instruments and equipment following established infection control protocols.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Temporary
Pay: $37.00 - $50.00 per hour
Expected hours: 8 – 40 per week
