Your Role: As an Associate Dentist at Areo Dental Group, youâll play a vital role in leading a patient-focused team and delivering high-quality care. Your responsibilities will include: Leading a team that respects your clinical judgment and leadership. Conducting full-mouth exams and diagnosing dental conditions. Offering personalized treatment planning and discussing options with patients. Delivering clinical treatments with excellence and efficiency. Mentoring and coaching staff to enhance patient care. Continuing your professional development through structured CE programs. Provide comprehensive care to patients in all aspects of restorative dentistry Participate in collaborative, clinical focused meetings and training to enhance the quality of your treatment and increase case acceptance Treat patients with the care and compassion that you would provide for your loved ones Provide new and existing patients a red carpet experience so that every patient will want to give us a 5 star google review Be a culture champion and contribute to the engagement of an awesome team! Qualifications: DDS or DMD from an accredited dental school. Passion for providing exceptional patient care and achieving clinical excellence. Ability to lead and inspire a team. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Our locations: We are looking for full time doctors in the Chicagoland area and Indiana (just over the Illinois border) to meet our growing demand for patient care. Our practices are open evenings and weekends and we ask our doctors to share in covering some convenience hours- we are flexible with you and your needs! Our fee for service and private insurance locations include: Burbank, IL Steger, IL Hegewisch, IL Blue Island, IL St. John, IN Crown point, IN Who is Areo Dental Group: We are a multi practice group that is PRIVATELY held by two owner dentists; as clinicians, they know what it is like to be a clinician, and all the pain points!
