About the Role:
We’re seeking a dependable, upbeat team member who can assist with both front office and back office tasks. This is a part-time position ideal for someone who enjoys variety, values teamwork, and loves working with children.
Schedule:

Tuesdays: 10am-6pm Every other week
-
Thursdays & Fridays: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM

Saturdays: Every other week, 9:00 AM – 3:00 PM
Key Responsibilities:
Front Office:
-
Welcome families and manage patient check-ins and check-outs
-
Answer phone calls, verify insurance, and schedule appointments
-
Collect co-pays and explain treatment plans
Back Office:
-
Assist the dentist with pediatric procedures and patient care
-
Take digital X-rays using our Nomad handheld unit and DEXIS software
-
Maintain proper sterilization and infection control
-
Comfort and guide young patients during visits
- No GA/IV Sedations or Papoosing.
Technology & Tools We Use:

Open Dental practice management software

Nomad handheld X-ray unit

DEXIS digital imaging software
What We’re Looking For:
-
Previous experience in dental assisting and/or front desk (preferred)

X-ray certified in California (or willing to obtain)

Friendly, professional, and team-oriented attitude

Strong communication and multitasking skills

Must enjoy working with children
