We are looking for part time experienced dental front office coordinator/treatment planning coordinator with potential to be converted to full time office manager to oversee the daily operations of our dental practice. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, exceptional communication abilities, and a comprehensive understanding of medical office management.

Responsibilities
- Manage the daily operations of the dental office, ensuring a smooth workflow and high-quality patient service.
- Supervise and train office staff, fostering a positive work environment and encouraging professional development.
- Oversee appointment scheduling, patient records management, and billing processes.
- Strong knowledge of dental insurance billing and coding
- Ensure compliance with California labor laws, HIPAA, and OSHA
- Maintain compliance with health regulations and ensure that all medical records are accurate and up-to-date.
- Coordinate with dental professionals to ensure effective communication regarding patient care and treatment plans.
- Implement office policies and procedures to improve efficiency and enhance patient satisfaction.
- Handle patient inquiries, concerns, and feedback in a professional manner.
- Manage inventory of dental supplies and equipment, ensuring availability for daily operations.
Experience
- Previous experience in Dental office management or a similar role is preferred.
- Experience in supervising staff within a healthcare setting is highly desirable.
- Knowledge of medical records management and compliance regulations is essential.
- Background in veterinary or hospital settings can be beneficial but not mandatory.
