Are you looking for a rewarding career in a warm and welcoming dental office where your skills and dedication are truly valued? Our friendly, patient-centered dental practice is seeking a Full-Time Front Desk Receptionist who will also serve as our Treatment Coordinator and Insurance Specialist.

Office Hours:
Tuesday through Friday, 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Enjoy a consistent 4-day work week with long weekends!
Position Responsibilities:
- Warmly greet and assist patients in person and over the phone
- Schedule and confirm appointments efficiently
- Present treatment plans in a clear and compassionate manner
- Verify dental insurance eligibility and benefits
- Submit insurance claims and follow up on outstanding claims
- Collect co-pays and manage financial arrangements
- Maintain accurate patient records using Softdent software
- Support the team with general administrative duties

- Experienced with dental front office operations, treatment planning, and insurance coordination
- Reliable and interested in a long-term position
Qualifications:
- Prior front office experience in a dental practice
- Proficiency in dental office software, Softdent is a plus
- Understanding of dental terminology and insurance processes
- High school diploma or equivalent required
Compensation & Benefits:
- Hourly wage: $23–$30, depending on experience
