Responsibilities

Presenting and reviewing treatemtn plans clearly and compassionately

Helping pattinets understand procedures, timelines, and payment options

Coordinating appointments to ensure smooth and productive days

Assisting patients with insurance and financial arrangements

Tracking and maintaining accurate treatment documentation 

Following up with patients to ensure satisfaction and treatment completion

Supposrting front office operations and maintaining a positive atmosphere
