As the owner, I (Dr. Matthew) am a high-producing clinician committed to mentoring newer dentists and creating a pathway to success without pressure or micromanagement. You’ll have clinical autonomy with the safety net of real-time support when you want it.
What We’re Looking For:

DDS or DMD from an accredited U.S. dental school
Licensed (or eligible) to practice in Iowa
Strong interpersonal skills and a patient-first attitude
A desire to grow clinically and professionally

Schedule:

Full-time: 4–4.5 days/week
No weekends
Flexible start date
