We're seeking a full-time Registered Dental Hygienist to join our team and help us fulfill our mission of providing true comprehensive, individualized dental care to patients of all ages, from newborns to those 100+.

What You Can Expect in the Role

Thorough appointments.
60 minutes for adult recalls90 minutes for new patients90 minutes per 2 quads of SRP
Single-column scheduling. Youâll never bounce between chairs. Your patient time is respected and protected.
Collaboration with the doctor. Dr. Timm values co-diagnosis and teamwork, because dentistry is better when itâs collaborative.What Youâll Need to Join Our Team
Active RDH license in the State of Iowa with local anesthesia certification
Current CPR certification
Commitment to following OSHA, Iowa Dental Board, and HIPAA standards
Clinical proficiency in prophylaxis, periodontal charting, debridement, and SRP
A collaborative spirit and desire to keep learning
A passion for educating patients and viewing oral health as part of whole-body health
