Job Summary
Chapel Street Dentistry is a small, privately owned family practice in Newark that focuses on quality dental care. We are looking to add a passionate and detail oriented full-time dental assistant to our growing dental office. Hours and days are Monday-Thurs 8am-430pm.
Duties
Assist dentists/hygienist during examinations and procedures by taking x-rays, preparing instruments and materials.
Manage patient flow and ensure a welcoming environment for patients.
Maintain accurate medical documentation and update patient records in compliance with HIPAA standards.
Ensure cleanliness and sterilization of instruments and treatment areas according to safety protocols.
Support the dental receptionist with scheduling appointments and managing patient inquiries when needed.
