We are seeking a friendly, detail-oriented, and dependable Orthodontic Dental Assistant (DA) to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have experience in orthodontics, a positive attitude, and excellent communication skills.
Work Schedule:
Sunday: OFF
Monday: OFF
Tuesday: 9:00 AM - 3:00 PM
Wednesday: 7:00 AM - 8:00 PM (Valley Practice)
Thursday: 11:00 AM - 6:00 PM (Airway Heights Practice)
Friday: 9:00 AM - 4:00 PM (Valley Practice)
One Saturday per month: 8:00 AM - 3:00 PM (Valley Practice)
Key Responsibilities:

Assist the orthodontist during clinical procedures
Prepare and maintain clinical equipment and instruments
Take digital X-rays and impressions (digital scanning experience is a plus)
Educate patients on oral hygiene and post-treatment care
Maintain accurate patient records
Ensure sterilization and infection control protocols are followed
Provide exceptional patient care and support

What We’re Looking For:

Active DA registration state of WA
Orthodontic experience is required.
A friendly, outgoing, and positive individual with a passion for helping others.
Excellent multitasking skills and the ability to stay organized.
Experience with Open Dental software is a plus.
A strong desire to learn and educate others, while contributing to a supportive team culture.
