What You’ll Do:

Deliver thorough, compassionate preventive dental care and patient education
Perform dental cleanings, periodontal therapy, and hygiene exams
Accurately document patient records using digital charting
Collaborate closely with our dentists and clinical team to provide excellent care
Ensure patients feel comfortable and confident during their visit

Qualifications:

Active Florida Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) license
Great communication skills and a patient-centered mindset
Passion for promoting oral health and wellness

Education and Training

Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Dental Hygiene
Registered Dental Hygiene License from practicing state
Current CPR certification
Knowledge of Open Dental, a plus
Possess outstanding time management and communication skills
Ability to work within a team for the good of the patient and practice

FLSA Status: Hourly, Non-Exempt
Reports to: Operations Manager
