RESPONSIBILITIES

Provide comprehensive general dentistry with opportunities to do cosmetic, restorative, implant-supported, and full-arch cases.
Diagnose, treatment-plan, and deliver care that meets or exceeds clinical standards and patient expectations.
Collaborate with the doctor and the clinical team to ensure efficient workflows and exceptional outcomes.
Maintain accurate clinical records and uphold all OSHA, HIPAA, and California Dental Board regulations.
Contribute to a psychologically safe, high-performance culture.

QUALIFICATIONS

DDS/DMD from an accredited U.S. dental school and unrestricted California license in good standing.
3–5 years post-doctoral experience; working knowledge of implant-restorative and full-arch workflows preferred.
Current BLS/CPR certification; practice-paid malpractice insurance.
Commitment to evidence-based dentistry, continuous learning, and compassionate patient care.
Authorization to work in the United States.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $150,000.00 - $180,000.00 per year
