Bilingual Dental Receptionist - Dental Plus Clinic - Seguin, TX

Our team is looking to add a bilingual dental receptionist to our team!

Receptionist duties
Answers telephone routes calls, provides information, and takes messages in accordance with practice procedures and scripts.
Schedules and adjusts patient appointments to maximize the patient care and reach practice profit target.
Uses computer, fax, or courier service to transmit information or documents when requested.
Keep working and common areas clean (vacuums, sweeps, cleans windows, dusts, etc. as needed.
Adheres to HIPAA, all safety and health regulations.
Monitors the schedule regularly, adjusts the schedule as necessary, and reschedules patients as needed (set to scheduling protocol- for example: treatment should be directed to treatment coordinator or approved for specific time and date).
Keeps all offices informed of scheduling problems, issues or concerns
Assist manager

Education / Experience:

High school diploma or equivalent
Experience is preferred but not required
Bilingual

Physical and Environmental Requirements:

May be required to lift up to 20 lbs.
Able to work a flexible schedule
