Responsibilities

Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients through regular communication and follow-ups.
Conduct outside sales activities to identify new business opportunities and expand the customer base.
Manage existing accounts by understanding client needs and providing tailored solutions.
Perform product demonstrations to educate clients on features and benefits, ensuring they are well-informed about our offerings.
Collaborate with the marketing team to create effective sales strategies that align with company goals.
Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and account information in the CRM system.
Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring client satisfaction.
Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and product knowledge to effectively communicate value propositions.

Skills

Proven experience in outside sales with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple accounts effectively.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to engage clients effectively.
Experience in account management is preferred, particularly in pharmaceutical or medical sales environments.
