Smiley Dental is searching for a Front Desk employee. This position is the first contact with the patient and models service and interaction for the organization. The Front Desk impacts the long-term viability of the company by scheduling appointments, answering patient questions, ensuring completion of documents, and providing outstanding and efficient service while achieving revenue and profit growth.
YOU WILL:

Inspect and ensure all common and office areas are clean and at peak readiness.
Review patient schedule each morning and identifies opportunities to enhance productivity.
Schedule or changes appointment and prepares paperwork.
Greet and take patient temperature in a professional manner.
Verify and/or inputs patient information.
Check out patient and provide information regarding costs and next steps.
Answer calls for general patient questions.
Ensure invoices are accurate and submit insurance claims.
