Key Responsibilities:
-Greet patients and families warmly, creating a welcoming environment

-Answer phone calls, schedule appointments, and manage the calendar efficiently

-Verify insurance and process patient paperwork

-Maintain a tidy and organized front desk area

-Communicate with patients regarding appointments, treatment reminders, and office policies

-Coordinate with dental assistants and providers to ensure smooth daily flow

Qualifications:
-Prior dental or medical front office experience preferred (pediatric experience a plus!)
-Excellent customer service and communication skills
-Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
-Bilingual a bonus, but not required
